    Role Definition

    The Senior Manager of Total Rewards with responsibility for Executive Compensation provides Total Rewards services to internal customers in support of executive compensation programs, including all aspects of equity compensation (annual grants, special equity awards, employee stock purchasing plans). The role acts as the primary contact and liaison for all officers and Board of Director members who participate in the company's long-term incentive plan. The role manages a team of Total Rewards Partners, leads projects and solves complex Total Reward challenges.

    What You Will Do:

    • Ensure the Executive Compensation programs enhance our ability to recruit and retain employees

    • Review and propose adjustments, updates, and enhancements to existing programs aspects to ensure the achievement of a competitive market position, regulatory compliance, and alignment with our business and talent objectives

    • Lead the design and implementation of equity compensation programs including project management, communication, change management and vendor management

    • Review development and implementation of equity education programs providing participants with a strong understanding of equity plans, their individual awards, and the tools available to them

    • Lead internal team(s) to ensure delivery of Executive Compensation programs, processes, and services, ensures compliance with company or legal requirements and securely manages employee data

    • Manages external vendors, including the equity compensation administrator, ensuring delivery of service and operational metrics

    What You Have:

    • Equity Programs : Knowledge of features, policies and processes of equity plans; knowledge of SEC and IRS regulations; ability to implement and manage employee equity programs in the US and international locations.

    • Analytical Thinking : Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.

    • Influencing: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.

    • Managing Multiple Priorities : Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.

    • Program Management : Knowledge of the policies and techniques to manage a set of related projects within a program; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control the set of projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve program objectives.

    • Interpersonal Relationships : Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience desired.
