Coordinates all calendar scheduling. Ensures all logistics are complete. Provides background material/documentation formeetings.
Reviews all correspondence and documents received
prioritizes or distributes as appropriate.
Conducts research and provides administrative support for special projects, prepares data and provides follow-up.
Attends and facilitates meetings to include recording meeting minutes as requested by the executive team and participates on committees as requested
Draft and edit, PowerPoint presentations, scripts, talking points, leadership messages and other communications as directedby the Executive.
Collects and compiles data, and other materials for reports, budgets, correspondence, charts, etc.
collates and assembles reports and documents.
Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as a staff intranet, newsletters orregular email bulletin.
Makes travel arrangements and prepares travel advance and expense reports, reconciles travel documents.
Demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality, trust, and good stewardship of highly confidential and sensitive information.
High School Diploma/GED
5+ Years Experience Supporting C-Level Executives, preferably in a non-profit organization
Bachelor of Arts or Science and 2+ years experience supporting C-Level Executives, preferably in a non-profit organization
Associate's Degree and 3+ years experience supporting C-Level Executives, preferably in a non-profit organization
