    Sabre is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a small team of Vice Presidents within our People Team function. This person will serve as the point of contact for internal team members and external customers on various matters pertaining to the Business Unit's organization and aid in the success of the leaders. This role will report into a People Team VP based out of our global headquarters in Southlake, Texas (hybrid, in office 3 days per week).

    Essential Job Duties:

    • Provide full administrative support including and not limited to schedule management, domestic and international travel arrangements, expense/invoice management, communication support, department operations and all logistics related to internal and external event/meeting planning.

    • Uphold high level of confidentiality while interacting and corresponding with team members and executives.

    • Prioritize daily and future tasks to meet deadlines utilizing strong organizational and influential skills, follow-through and proactiveness.

    • Arrange domestic and international travel plans and schedules

    • Assist in confidential and executive role interview scheduling

    • Prepare, manage and submit expense reports in a timely manner

    • Manage invoices for leaders' programs, projects and vendors

    • Assist in meeting preparation and manage large meetings and events

    • Create and maintain ad hoc reports as needed

    • Develop, maintain, and edit presentations, spreadsheets, reports and communications at the highest level; proofread, and edit presentations as needed.

    • Attend companywide Executive Assistant meetings and ensure that pertinent information is cascaded to team.

    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Preferred Job Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years' experience supporting executive leaders

    • Must possess organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

    • Collaborative interpersonal skills, emotional maturity, and the ability to build relationships with executives, stakeholders, team members and external partners.

    • Expert level written and verbal communication skills.

    • Can work independently and take a proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.

    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.

    • Proven success with achieving performance goals and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced global environment.

    • Managerial courage/assertiveness to effectively manage and prioritize schedules.

    • Proficient in MS Office suite of products with advanced PowerPoint expertise.

    • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
