  • Job Description

    • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing various events, including conferences, workshops, and community gatherings.

    • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance such as scheduling meetings and events and managing event calendars

    • Budget Tracking: Help manage event budgets by tracking expenses, processing invoices, and ensuring financial accuracy.

    • Vendor Liaison: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and suppliers, to coordinate logistics, including contracts, catering, and equipment rental.

    • On-Site Support: Assist with event setup, registration, and coordination on the day of the event to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

    • Post-Event Analysis: Collect feedback, evaluate event success, and assist in preparing reports for future planning.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Bachelors degree with 2-3 years of experience or associates with 5 years of experience

    • Experience in event planning or administrative roles preferred.

    • Strong organizational and time management skills.

    • Strong relationship management skills

    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Word and Excel

    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. null
