    Job Summary:

    The Global Events and Investigations Program Manager, assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients, will oversee the strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement of events and investigations processes. The Program Manager ensures operational effectiveness by managing critical policies, procedures, and training programs, while also collaborating with cross-functional teams to support organizational objectives related to security events and investigations. This position will have a hybrid work schedule (remote/client locations).

    Essential Functions:

    1. Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.

    2. Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive policies, procedures, and guidelines related to events and investigations.

    3. Conduct thorough reviews and updates of documentation to ensure alignment with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

    4. Create and manage training programs, including multimedia content, to enhance team readiness and process adoption.

    5. Lead the coordination and execution of global security events while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and risk mitigation strategies.

    6. Oversee and manage the investigations lifecycle including incident intake, analysis, reporting, and resolution.

    7. Track, monitor, and report the progress of events and investigations while providing regular updates to stakeholders.

    8. Identify and escalate challenges or blockers to relevant stakeholders while proposing actionable solutions.

    9. Schedule and facilitate meetings related to events and investigations while ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.

    10. Conduct routine audits of events and investigations documentation, training materials, and processes to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

    11. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance investigations and event management processes.

    12. Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in global events and investigations.

    13. Support cross-functional initiatives and provide programmatic guidance to meet departmental goals.

    14. All other duties, as assigned.

    Education, Experience, and Certifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field with ten or more years of experience managing global security events and investigations programs within a corporate security environment.     Competencies:

    • CFE, CPP, or PMP preferred.

    • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to investigations and security.

    • Understanding of investigative methodologies and security event planning.

    • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    • Computer skills; Microsoft Office.

    Working Conditions:

    Salary & Benefits Information:

    Rate of pay: $130000 / year.
