    What You'll Do:

    • Craft Detailed Estimates: Calculate quantities, material prices, labor costs, and equipment expenses with precision.

    • Scope Mastery: Define and quantify the scope of work, preparing comprehensive conceptual, budgetary, and construction cost estimates.

    • Historical Insight: Review and research historical data to develop guidelines and precedence for future estimates.

    • Sales Opportunities: Stay involved in uncovering sales opportunities with both prospective and existing customers.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Experience: 5-12 years in construction estimating, ideally in concrete repair projects.

    • Team Player: Proven ability to work with a team on projects up to $10 Million.

    • Mentorship: Experience in estimating multiple projects and mentoring others.

    • Detail-Oriented: Ability to evaluate, quantify, and capture specification requirements.

    • Contract Savvy: Familiarity with construction contract terms and conditions.

    • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Colorado construction market.

    • Client Relations: Experience maintaining client relationships and performing light business development.

    • Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and construction estimating software.

    • Blueprint Reading: Ability to read blueprints.

    • Travel: Willingness to travel 10-20%.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management is a plus.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $100000.00

    Salary Range: $90-100K (commensurate upon experience)We offer competitive compensation and benefits including medical and dental insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, tuition reimbursement, career development and growth opportunities, and a caring work environment.Will consider relocation for out of state candidates. All expense paid per diem for anything outside of certain mileage.
