Job Description

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and new business initiatives to accomplish the companys sales

ambitions.

• Establish and maintain effective relationships with key personnel at potential and existing

customers, and act as the main Sales point of contact.

• Create sales quotations that meet customers requirements.

• Forecast, track, and report key metrics (e.g. quarterly forecasts and quarterly sales results).

• Perform research, generate leads, follow up on incoming leads, and maintain a pipeline of

potential new customers and new market opportunities.

• Organize and chair Business Review Meetings with existing customers and Introduction Meetings with new customers.

• Maintain close communication with internal teams and leverage capabilities to provide

customers with a customer-centric experience.

• Clearly communicate customer requirements to internal stakeholders and suggest actions to

improve sales performance.

Skills and Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years experience with very strong knowledge in Mechanical, HVAC, Piping, Plumbing

• Must have experience in the Florida market - preferably the Panhandle region

• Ability to estimate $25,000.00 to $50,000,000.00

• Willing to Travel to pre-bids if required

• Has knowledge with estimating software FastPipe, FastDuct, Fastwrap, etc. or equivalent

• Experience managing multiple account portfolios.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Prefer to have existing accounts or clients that can be brought over null
