Job Description
Responsibilities

Skills and Requirements
Minimum 5+ years experience with very strong knowledge in Mechanical, HVAC, Piping, Plumbing
Must have experience in the Florida market - preferably the Panhandle region
Ability to estimate $25,000.00 to $50,000,000.00
Willing to Travel to pre-bids if required
Has knowledge with estimating software FastPipe, FastDuct, Fastwrap, etc. or equivalent
Experience managing multiple account portfolios.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Prefer to have existing accounts or clients that can be brought over null
