ESD/LU Intern

Candidate will work alongside the ESD/LU team to explore ESD/LU protection devices to support Micron's product portfolio, which may include:

• ESD/LU protection device design, layout and simulation

• ESD/LU protection testing and data analysis

• Prepare weekly presentation to show progress of the project

• Work with teams outside of the ESD/LU team to cross-collaborate to understand design needs

Candidate requirements

• Experience or coursework in Semiconductor Devices, Microelectronicsetc.

• Proficiency with handling Oscilloscope, Parameter Analyzer based measurement techniques

• Proficiency in a scripting language, such as Python, C++ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

• Must be self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a team environment

Preferred Skills/Knowledge:

• ESD/LU understanding

• Computer memory systems, DRAM/NAND memory operations

Education requirements:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in final Year or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics or Electronics Science or in the related field

• Must be continuing education in Fall of 2025
