ERP Solution Manager

The ERP Solution Manager will support and manage the ERP system Deltek Costpoint and its supporting systems/tools as a member of the internal Business Operations team. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and support of the Deltek Costpoint and Costpoint BI (Cognos) reporting systems including: engaging with stakeholder groups to understand and translate business requests to design effective solutions; serving as an escalation for troubleshooting issues and supporting end users; performing regular/ongoing ERP platform management tasks; managing data integrations to/from the ERP; providing platform health oversight and risk management; and working with the product management and internal development teams to implement fixes and enhancements.

Primary Position Tasks:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for business stakeholders of the ERP systems, especially accounting and finance functions.

• Analyze and evaluate requested system modifications for return on investment.

• Design industry-standard and best-practice solutions to business needs leveraging process, training, and application development where appropriate.

• Coordinate with analyst, product management, and development staff on projects.

• Manage user setup, security, and other configuration for Deltek systems.

• Own all ERP integrations, including technical design, third-party/vendor management, and coordination with other application owners.

• Serve as owner of Costpoint BI (Cognos), which includes data/report security management, facilitation of training, publishing of new reports.

• Coordinate platform management tasks (monthly, quarterly, annually) and system upgrades.

• Contribute to documentation for projects and application planning.

• Define test plans for major application events and coordinate user acceptance testing.

• Be highly responsive and flexible in a multi-project, fast-paced environment.

• Other business duties as assigned.

Minimum Education/Certification/Experience Requirements:

• BS or BA in Business, Accounting, or related field

• 5-7 years of experience working with Deltek Costpoint

• 3-5 years of experience collaborating directly with development resources on extensions, integrations, and other custom code

• Knowledge of standard software development lifecycle

Preferred Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Deltek Costpoint administrator

• 3-5 years of experience working with Microsoft NAV/Business Central

• 5-7 years of experience collaborating directly with development resources on extensions, integrations, and other custom code

• Finance or accounting background

• Business Analysis or Data Analysis experience

• Product Management experience

• Familiarity or experience working with the following applications

• Avalara AvaTax System

• Continia for Accounts Payable

• LogiSense Billing Platform

Basic Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship Required
