    ERP Implementation Quality Assurance Senior Associate

    Position Overview

    As the ERP Implementation Quality Assurance Senior Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process throughout the entire ERP implementation lifecycle. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, business analysts, and end-users, you will establish and maintain quality standards, methodologies, and procedures to guarantee the successful delivery of high-quality ERP solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Work as part of the project team to develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy for ERP implementation projects. Track and ensure adherence to industry best practices and compliance with company standards.

    2. Collaborate with project stakeholders to define quality requirements, acceptance criteria, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for ERP deliverables.

    3. Conduct thorough reviews and assessments of project documentation, including functional specifications, technical designs, test plans, and user documentation, to identify potential risks and quality issues.

    4. Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate the functionality, performance, and usability of ERP systems, ensuring alignment with project requirements and business objectives.

    5. Establish and maintain quality assurance metrics and reporting mechanisms to track project progress, identify trends, and communicate status updates to key stakeholders.

    6. Lead and mentor quality assurance team members, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance their skills and capabilities in ERP testing and quality management.

    7. Facilitate collaboration and communication among project teams to address quality-related issues, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

    8. Participate in project meetings, workshops, and reviews to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing the quality of ERP implementation processes and deliverables.

    9. Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and third-party service providers to ensure the integration and interoperability of ERP systems with existing infrastructure and business applications.

    10. Serve as a subject matter expert on quality assurance practices, tools, and methodologies, contributing to the development of internal standards, guidelines, and knowledge sharing initiatives.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

    • Minimum of [5-8] years of experience in quality assurance or software testing, with a focus on ERP systems and enterprise applications.

    • Proven track record of successfully managing quality assurance activities for large-scale ERP implementation projects, from planning to execution and post-implementation support.

    • strong understanding of ERP concepts, modules, and functionalities, including but not limited to finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and human resources.

    • Extensive knowledge of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools, such as test planning, test automation, defect tracking, and regression testing.

    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify root causes of quality issues and implement effective corrective actions.

    • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

    • Relevant certifications in quality assurance, project management, or ERP systems (e.g., ISTQB, PMP, SAP, Oracle) are a plus.
