ERP Administrator -(Good Experience in SQL, SSRS)

Primary responsibilities include ERP configuration, integration, and security management, along with end-user desktop support and troubleshooting. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement solutions, and validate system and reporting changes. The role includes both project-based tasks and ongoing support to maintain best practices and system reliability.

• Support Syspro ERP users with excellent customer service and a drive to help users succeed at their tasks. Timely address general helpdesk hardware and software issues
• EDI support and Integrations with EDI for Syspro.
• Improve business process efficiency through SSRS and BI Development and Report Creation.
• Develop and debug Microsoft SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
• Evaluate and recommend business processes and technology-driven enhancement opportunities based on application system upgrades, releases, and patches.
• Install updates - test troubleshoot and deploy.
• Ensure sufficient backups are in place for existing processes to maintain stable operations through expected and unexpected changing environments.
• Maintain software by troubleshooting, fixing issues, or placing service calls.
• Make recommendations, offer solutions, and take action to improve existing products and processes.
• Assist in various implementations or company projects as needed.
• Corporate infrastructure backup and off-hours support as needed.

• A Highly analytical mindset is crucial.
• Proactive approach to solving problems and making an impact
• Degree in information technology, industrial engineering, or engineering, business preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience with ERP systems and SQL/SSRS Reporting.
• 4+ years in Microsoft SQL development (T-SQL, SSRS)
• Familiar with EDI terminology, EDI formats, And Communications nice to have.
• Experience in system designs and workflow, identifying solutions, multi-tasking and managing multiple types of support activities, successfully interacting with clients, problem-solving, and initiating corrective project actions.
• Must be able to communicate clearly both written and aurally.
• Experience with PHP or Angular would be beneficial.
