Environmental Health and Safety Supervisor

Our client, a mid-sized manufacturing company with an employee centric culture, is seeking a Safety Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will be part of the Health & Safety team supporting the document management and implenemtation of State, Federal and OSHA regulations for the safety of our Production team. The ideal candidate will have an attention to detail, superior organizational skills, and experience working in an Administrative capacity.

Job Title: Safety Coordinator

Location: Loudon, TN

Pay Range: 55,000 - 65,000

What's the Job?

• Assist Safety Supervisor/Manager with environmental reporting and audits.

• Analyze health and safety data and provide reports on a regular basis.

• Maintain occupational injury/illness files and reports. Follow up on program requirements to meet needs of the facility

• Ensure associates are following OSHA & plant safety policies and documentation control.

• Verifying that associates consistently follow safety protocols.

What's Needed?

• Understanding of OSHA Regulations in a manufacturing setting

• Administrative experience - strong documentation, filing & organizaiton

• 3 years of experience working in a manufacturing setting

• Detail orientated, organizs, reliable and resourceful.

• Bilingual is a plus
