Job Description

Join our team as a General Laborer and contribute to a global leader in emission and silencing solutions for stationary natural gas and diesel reciprocating engines. Our company supports a broad range of industries including power generators, marine, and gas turbines. As a General Laborer, you will prepare materials for the production team, clean and grind silencers, cut and prep insulation and screening for fabrication, and assist welders with the installation of welding materials. You will also use hand and power tools to build wooden pallets and handle materials up to 50lbs, with heavier lifts being supported by a team or crane.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 720 Hour(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Prior Lake, Minnesota.

Work Environment

The work environment is not temperature controlled, with many shipping doors open, contributing to a naturally cooler setting. The company has invested in a new air circulation system worth $400k to enhance air quality. This role requires working in a metal shop, which can be louder and dirtier.
