As an energetic and enthusiastic individual, you will join our collaborative team of experts to implement child-specific Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, track client progress, and analyze data. We provide hands-on, entry-level opportunities for individuals interested in becoming an RBT. This includes paid training, allowing you to develop the necessary skills to work directly with autistic children.

Mental Health Technician/Advocate or Behavioral Specialist.

Camp Counselor, Childcare Volunteer.
Administrative Professionals and Hospatality or Customer Service background.
Essential Job Requirements:
Obtain RBT Certification within 60 days.
Progress through the RBT Ladder.
Follow written skill acquisition and behavior programs accurately.
Build rapport with clients and provide high-quality care.
Accurately measure and record data during therapy sessions.
Collaboration with Lead RBT for training sequence.
What we are looking for:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Reliable transportation is required.
Time management, observation, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Preferred experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
