Entertainment Event Attendant

• Pay Rate *

$14.50 an hour

SUMMARY: To provide support at events (indoors or outdoors).

• Number seats and tear down after shows including stacking chairs. picking up trash, etc.
• Greet, guide and seat guests
• Take tickets and interact with guests entering and exiting shows
• Answer guests' questions related to the event, the property and / or its amenities
• Monitor guests to ensure event rules / regulations are followed; Notify guests of policies; and alert security as needed

IDEAL CANDIDATES HAVE:

Required:

• One (1) year hospitality or guest service
• Accurate and detail-oriented
• Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work fast and efficiently
• Ability to follow established dress code policies and practice good personal hygiene
• Ability to interact with guests, coworkers and management in a professional and courteous manner
• Ability to serve both internal and external customers
• Ability to speak in a clear, concise and pleasant voice
• Ability to enthusiastically and professionally up-sell property amenities
