    Position Summary

    The role of Lead Director, Enterprise Real Estate - will lead a team of 3 and partner closely with Sr. Leadership, Business Operations, Legal , Finance, Lease Admin, external partners, and the internal teams as a visionary to drive portfolio efficiency within Enterpise Portfolio as the relationship manager for Pharmacy and Consumer Wellness and expanding Healthcare Delivery segment (primary focus on revenue generating assets).

    Real Estate strategy responsibilities include, Omnicare, Coram, Specialty Retail, Specialty Mail Order, Mail Order as well as the expanding enterprise real estate role within Oak Street Health and Signify assets. These properties range across all real estate assets types and sizes (office, retail, flex, industrial and medical office)

    Scope of initiatives this team would lead include new leased or owned property acquisitions, existing property relocations, dispositions, expansions, lease renewals and closures. The scope of work includes pulling all needed resources together to formalize and cost out an entire business case which would include schedule commitments, cost implications (real estate, construction, IT), and the property strategy.

    Additionally, this position would manage the Enterprise Real Estate Department analyst and who is responsible for all department metrics, reporting, and tracking of location strategies, key lease events, including all templates and planning tools.

    This position must excel at making complex decisions, understanding the business, and take initiative to meet department goals. Building collaborative relationships and networking is critical to the success of this role.

    The individual will be charged with leading and developing a team that can grow throughout the Organization and respond quickly to changing healthcare market dynamics.

    This position will be reporting to and supporting the Executive Director of Enterprise Real Estate for CVS Health.

    Required Qualifications

    • 15+ years of real estate experience in challenging markets

    • 15+ years proven experience in setting clear vision, strong communication & influencing skills, and execution through KPIs were required

    • 15+ years of building strong relationships with Operational Leadership, colleagues within their own organization and Landlord groups

    • Strong negotiating skills and ability to work cross functionally in a complex environment

    • Financial/P&L analysis and budget preparation experience.

    • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Outstanding organizational skills, specifically to ensure timely and proactive follow up with leadership and team

    • Innovative spirit with a desire to define and execute talent strategies

    • Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills with the ability to develop working relationships at all levels of management, both inside and outside of CVS Health

    • Proven history of building and utilizing a data-driven approach to drive strategy

    EducationBachelors Degree or proven work history

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is

    $100,000.00 - $231,500.00

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
