    We have an exciting opportunity for a remote Enterprise Data Specialist to join the Enterprise Data team, within the Ferguson IT organization!

    This role specifically supports the following area:

    As an Enterprise Data Specialist, you will play a crucial role in researching, validating, and analyzing vendor data to support our customer needs and company growth objectives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, ability to provide feedback to associates within the team, be adept at managing priorities in a fast-paced environment and excel in both independent and collaborative work settings.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Research and validate data to support customer needs and company growth objectives.

    • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage and set priorities to meet SLAs within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

    • Communicate internally and with third parties to provide feedback & recommend business process changes.

    • Apply critical thinking in reviewing internal vendor/third-party provided data in various formats for accuracy.

    • Understand internal and external customer data needs and requirements.

    • Ensure data collected supports the needs of business partners.

    • Support channel-specific business needs.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in a business field, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience required.

    • Minimum of 3 years' experience working with, manipulating, and reviewing data required.

    • Solid grasp of and experience working in an MDM and/or PIM system.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office with moderate to advanced Excel skills

    • Proven ability to complete established goals with limited guidance.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    • Understanding of compliance and regulation of private or sensitive data.

    • Knowledge of SOX compliant regulations.

    Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate's qualifications and prior experience.

    Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

    This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
