    Oracle Financial Services are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Architect specializing in Oracle SaaS (Software as a Service) and PaaS (Platform as a Service) implementations. This role is pivotal in guiding our banking customers through the progressive modernization of their systems, ensuring strategic alignment, and delivering transformative outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle technologies, banking industry requirements, and a proven track record of driving successful transformations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Planning and Architecture:

    Develop comprehensive architecture strategies and roadmaps for the implementation of Oracle Banking SaaS and PaaS solutions.

    Collaborate with banking customers to understand their current state architecture, challenges, and technical requirements.

    Design scalable, secure, and resilient target state architectures that align with industry best practices and regulatory standards.

    Implementation Leadership:

    Lead the end-to-end implementation architecture of Oracle SaaS and PaaS solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

    Provide technical guidance and oversight to project teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.

    Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for architectural deliverables.

    Transformation Strategy:

    Partner with customers to define their transformation strategy, prioritizing initiatives based on business value and impact.

    Advise on the sequencing of transformation activities to maximize efficiency and minimize disruption.

    Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the customer's technology landscape.

    Customer Advocacy and Engagement:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.

    Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate architecture vision, strategies, and progress.

    Gather feedback from customers to continuously improve solution offerings and service delivery.

    Outcome Management:

    Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation initiatives.

    Ensure that architecture and solutions deliver tangible business outcomes and value to customers.

    Address and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may impact project success.

    Requirements:

    • 10-15 years as an Enterprise Architect with experience in Banking or Financial Institutions

    • Experience with PAAS and SAAS implementations.

    • A deep understanding or Oracle technologies including OCI

    • Must be able to working on-site in Vienna, VA in a hybrid work environment

    Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

    US: Hiring Range: from $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

    Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

    Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

    8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
