Enhancement Crew Member

As an Enhancement Crew Member, you will help our clients develop outstanding landscapes. You will work with a team of 2-5 team members and perform general landscape installation duties safely and efficiently while paying close attention to detail and quality.

• Install a variety of plant material utilizing proper planting techniques
• Use landscaping tools and heavy equipment in a safe manner
• Accurately identify plant and landscaping materials
• Properly weed client sites by hand or by utilizing landscape equipment
• Perform site cleanup duties which includes but is not limited to clearing and disposing of trash and organic material
• Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude with internal and external clients
• Perform other tasks as assigned

• Minimum 3 months of related experience
• Ability to perform physical work in all weather conditions
• Reliable transportation

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Valid Florida Driver's License and the ability to pass an MVR check
