Job Description

We are seeking an Engineering Technologist to support major Distribution projects across North Carolina. The role involves upgrading the existing distribution infrastructure, which includes retrofitting transformers, replacing deteriorating cable, moving overhead lines to underground, reconductoring of existing distribution lines, and replacing aging poles. The selected candidate will take field notes back to the office and design them in BOUD per standards. They will also prepare project and job packages, material estimates, and material requisitions required for the prepared distribution electrical designs.

This is a contract to hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Work Environment

The position is based in our Raleigh office. After training, we offer flexibility with work-from-home arrangements. While we do not require five days a week in the office, we do encourage regular on-site presence to maintain the team environment.
