Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an End Point Administrator who can utilize their expertise by analyzing, installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining areas of the enterprise, including client/server systems and applications, systems diagnostics, user account management, software deployment, Imaging, and endpoint protection, in order to maintain a stable environment for end users and internal customers in a medium to large corporate environment.
Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure
Perform or delegate regular endpoint operations and implement appropriate processes for endpoint remediation
Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions
AD / AAD / M365 operations and support
Interact with customers and staff at the technical level, as required
Other duties as assigned

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of hands on experience as an end point administrator
Hands on experience with Intune and Adiggy for device management
Experience with Windows, Mac, Apple and Android
Strong problem solving and communication skills null
