As our Enablement Project Manager , you will play a key role in supporting activities such as gathering project requirements, monitoring the progress of technical grooming, and planning development tasks under the direction of a Director. This position is essential for fostering alignment between stakeholders and developers, promoting effective collaboration, and driving scalability for the Business Intelligence team.
Here's what you will experience working as Enablement Project Manager:
Requirements Gathering and Tracking:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document project requirements.
Ensure all requirements are clear, complete, and aligned with project objectives.
Maintain comprehensive records of requirements and project changes.
Technical Grooming:
Work closely with development teams to oversee the technical grooming of tasks.
Ensure all technical specifications are accurate and ready for development.
Facilitate technical discussions to resolve any ambiguities.
Development Tracking:
Monitor the status of ongoing development work across three development teams.
Track progress, identify potential roadblocks, and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain detailed project timelines and update stakeholders on progress.
Development Planning:
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with development teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
Adjust plans as necessary to accommodate changes and ensure successful delivery.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of development work.
Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and development teams.
Foster a collaborative working environment to drive project success.
Value Creation:
Play a key role in influencing and changing business behavior through effective project management.
Ensure projects deliver measurable business value and contribute to the overall goals of the Business Intelligence department.
Required Skills:
Ideally 3 years' experience in project management, preferably in a technical or business intelligence environment.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
Agile methodologies knowledge is desired.
Knowledge or experience with DevOps practices.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $51,700.00 - $93,375.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 5.00%
