    ~~~ is growing quickly and we're looking for a powerhouse Marketing and Communications Team, based in Richmond, to accelerate our growth and build the brand. Together with a group of like-minded creative individuals, our Marketing Team will generate brand awareness and grow our client base through national multi-million-dollar marketing campaigns across TV, streaming, digital channels, social direct mail, email, mobile, print and events.

    Role Description : RWe are seeking a full-time B2B Marketing Copywriter. This role is pivotal in creating precise, persuasive content that communicates our value proposition to business audiences, including real estate professionals, partners, and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will work closely with our sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with business objectives, product capabilities, and the overall brand strategy.

    This position is located in Richmond, VA and offers the following schedule options:

    • 4 days onsite / 1 day remote

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Write clear, concise, and technically accurate copy for B2B materials, including brochures, web landing pages, emails, video scripts and white papers.

    • Develop content that simplifies complex ideas and technical concepts for business audiences.

    • Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and effectively communicates our value proposition to B2B stakeholders.

    • Collaborate with the sales, product, and marketing teams to develop content strategies that support business goals and resonate with industry professionals.

    • Work with the marketing team to create content that aligns with our broader brand strategy and marketing campaigns.

    • Partner with the product team to produce and maintain technical documentation that accurately reflects product features and benefits.

    • Support the sales team by producing content that addresses client needs, enhances sales initiatives, and drives engagement.

    • Stay updated on industry trends and technical advancements to ensure content remains relevant and authoritative.

    • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of B2B content and refine strategies based on insights.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field.

    • 5 years of experience in B2B copywriting and technical writing.

    • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and persuasive content.

    • Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and the ability to write for a business audience.

    • Experience collaborating with sales, product, and marketing teams to align content with business objectives and strategies.

    • Proficiency in writing for digital platforms, including web pages, emails, and technical documents.

    • Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills, with a focus on accuracy and clarity.

    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience in writing for the real estate industry or related fields.

    • Familiarity with SEO best practices and how to apply them to technical and B2B content.

    • Proficiency with content management systems and familiarity with HTML.

    • Experience with analytics tools to measure content performance and optimize effectiveness.

    • Ability to collaborate effectively with product and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with broader business strategies.
