    Coordinates the Food Service Program at Poquonock Elementary School

    Under the direction of the Food Service Coordinator, you will lead and preform all the duries in order to operate a successful Elementary school cafeteria breakfast / lunch program.

    Assists kitchen staff as needed.

    Prepares Lunch and Breakfast

    Ability to pan, prepare and cook all meal components needed for daily requirements

    Maintain routine records and reports related to daily meal counts, food temperatures, milk counts and inventories

    Orders, stocks and inventories all equipment, food and supplies

    Maintains food service equipment and utensils in a clean and working order

    Keeps a clean and organized kitchen, serving area and storage room

    Maintains good working relationship with Food Service Staff, Faculty and Support Staff

    Able to communicate with parents and students

    Required Certificate: Serv Safe Certification ( must have within 30 days of hire )

    Rate of Pay: $18.41/hr.
