About the Intern Program
12 week program with start dates on: May 12 or 19 or June 2
40 hours per week
Must graduate between December 2025 - May 2027

Responsibilities
Assist in the design and development of electrical wiring systems for commercial trucks
Support the creation of wiring diagrams, harness layouts, and electrical schematics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, software, and manufacturing engineers, to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems
Participate in the testing and validation of electrical components and systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electrical issues in prototype and production vehicles
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations

Desired Skills
Minimum required cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Knowledge of electrical wiring design principles and practices
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., NX, AutoCAD) and electrical design tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information clearly
Previous internship or project experience in the automotive or commercial vehicle industry is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Critical thinking and problem solving
Previous internships or work experience is a plus
Ability to work independently

We provide a competitive total rewards package which ensures job satisfaction both on and off the job.
The expected compensation hourly pay ranges for hires into our campus intern openings is $24 - $38/hour. The hourly pay rate is based on year in school and is non-negotiable.
