Electrical Motors Engineer is needed for a leading industrial manufacturer of material used in the automotive industry. This role is responsible to support Reliability and Maintenance practices to guarantee full utilization of DC and AC motors. To be considered - B.S degree in Engineering with reliability and maintenance experience of AC/DC motors used within industrial manufacturing.

This is a direct hire opportunity. This is a hybrid remote opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic or other related Engineering field

• Reliability and maintenance experience of AC/DC motors used within industrial manufacturing.

• Knowledge of large DC and AC motors

• PLC's and controllers, preferably Siemens, ABB, Rockwell, GE

• Travel (25-50%)

responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting all plant operations globally where large, critical AC and DC motors are used

• Develop and support Reliability and Maintenance practices to guarantee full utilization of DC and AC motors

• Develop/revise DC/AC motors maintenance, storage and rebuild standards

• Train and coach resources on plants for DC/AC motors corrective and proactive maintenance.

• Develop/revise plan and manage execution to gradually replace DC motors with AC motors

• Develop reliable supplier by region for DC/AC motors rebuilds and maintenance

• Experience level: Experienced

• Minimum 5 years of experience

• Education: Bachelors (required)
