Job Title: eCommerce Systems Manager
Location: Concord, Ontario
Shift Time: 8:00am to 4:30pm
Terms: Permanent Full-Time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Reports To: General Manager

Job Purpose:
Is responsible for developing, leading, and overseeing services to meet or exceed customer expectations while conducting statistical analyses to identify problems, communicate effectively with personnel/management to make improvements, and prepare reports for senior management.
Promotes a culture of excellence and continual improvement by supporting various departments/programs in the process of achieving quality improvement while monitoring implementation of systems, processes and practices, and to ensure continued success that meets ISO standards.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Handling eCommerce quoting and integration in collaboration with senior leadership in requests for proposal (RFP), and request for quote (RFQ) processes.
Oversea Application Programming Interface (API) and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) connections with customers and carriers to our WMS and TMS
Liaise with offshore Team on API or EDI customer solutions
Participate in the full cycle of the onboarding and account maintenance process for new clients, including warehouse and transportation solutions.
Continuously optimizing operations and finding effective ways to both reduce spending and enhance the customer experience.
Administer KPI’s and other measurables to ensure company standards are maintained.
Support department leaders with understanding and discussing departmental results
Assist in the preparation of department specific work instructions for training and operational consistency
Directly interface with customers on systems capabilities and customize solutions
Professional & Educational Background:
10+ years in Freight Forwarding industry and 3PL industry is required, preferable in a leadership role
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in supply chain management, transportation, business administration, project management, or a similar field is required.
Demonstrated experience in building strong teams
