Darby is looking for a seasoned Ecommerce Site Performance Specialist with Adobe Commerce (Magento) expertise to join our dynamic Marketing team at an exciting time. The ideal candidate will monitor and measure site usability and effectiveness, transforming data into actionable recommendations to enhance the customer journey and improve site performance.

The ideal candidate will monitor and measure site usability and effectiveness, transforming data into actionable recommendations to enhance the customer journey and improve site performance.

What You Will Do:

• Monitor and measure site usability and effectiveness, turning data into actionable recommendations

• Provide insights on site performance, user behavior, and conversion rate optimization

• Regularly test and optimize site performance based on a predetermined testing schedule

• Collaborate with developers on potential bug fixes, ensuring minimal disruptions

• Utilize on/off platform data to enhance site search functionality

• Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve site visibility and organic search engine rankings

What We Need In You:

• 3-5 years of proven experience in Adobe Commerce/Magento

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Knowledge of MarTech trends and best practices is advantageous

• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
