The eCommerce Sales Development Representative performs assigned duties under the direction of Wasatch Rx's eCommerce Manager. 40 outbound calls per day minimum. Of these calls, 50% should be directed towards acquiring new or reactivated clients, while the remaining 50% should focus on securing repeat business from existing customers. This role is crucial to Wasatch Rx's online business partnerships, focusing on outbound client engagement, customer service, platform management, and order management.

Position Requirements:
• Preferred: 2 years of experience in outbound sales and lead generation.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets or enhancing customer satisfaction in previous roles.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with intermediate-level skills.
• Quick to adapt and learn new sales platforms.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time with or without the use of a sit-stand desk.
• Ability to work at a computer station for extended periods of time.
• Ability to answer phones with or without the use of a headset.
• Ability to work on location out of the Sandy, UT Office.
