eCommerce Customer Service Representative

Description

A company in North Houston is seeking an eCommerce Customer Service Representative to join their team on a contract to hire basis. This will be an in-office role working Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM. Candidates must have a minimum of 2-5 years of customer service experience in an office setting, ideally within a distribution company. Job Responsibilities

Receive/Respond to Customer Service Inquiries

Review and process incoming Sales Orders

Manually enter Miscellaneous Sales Orders into system

Oversee and Complete Ship confirm and Invoicing of Sales Orders

Provide customer with Order status information including tracking, shipment delays & backorder status

Receive and Respond to Customer Emails, Calls or Online Inquiries

Coordinate with fellow eCommerce team members to resolve product related inquiries

Entry of Replacement Warranty Requests & Return Orders

Participate in Ongoing online education provided by retailers

Sorting and Filing & Other duties as assigned

Requirements

High school Diploma Required

MUST be Dependable!

Must have excellent communication skills

Previous Customer Service Experience within an Office setting required, ideally working for a distribution company

Microsoft Office Experience (specifically Outlook and Excel)

Experience with mainstream ERP preferred, AS400 Experience a plus but not required

Excellent multi-tasking skills

Strong Attention to Detail/Accuracy

Excellent Organizational, Communication & Writing Skills
