E-Commerce Consultant

Description We are seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to join our team in Canton, Ohio. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing our online presence, designing and implementing lead generation campaigns, and providing excellent customer service. As a key member of our team, you will use your skills in Content Management Systems, CRM, and Adobe Creative Suite to drive our e-commerce strategy and contribute to our continued growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of our e-commerce operations, including the design and execution of lead generation campaigns

• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Flash, and Adobe Illustrator to create engaging and visually appealing content for our website and social media platforms

• Use Content Management Systems (CMS) to maintain our website, ensuring content is up-to-date and user-friendly

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints

• Analyze customer behavior and adjust e-commerce strategies accordingly

• Leverage your skills in Amazon advertising, Amazon Retail, and Amazon Vendor Central to increase our online sales and visibility

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent and effective brand message

• Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to our strategies and operations

• Work with the team to set and achieve e-commerce goals and KPIs. Requirements - Significant experience in the field of E-Commerce, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience

• Proven expertise in Content Management System (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Demonstrated customer service skills, with a focus on maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty

• Experience in design, particularly in the context of eCommerce platforms

• Proven ability to lead and manage successful lead generation campaigns

• Comprehensive understanding and experience with eCommerce platforms and strategies, particularly in relation to Amazon advertising, Amazon Retail, and Amazon Vendor Central

• Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as independently when required

• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically
