Driver Recruiter

Description

We are seeking a Driver Recruiter to join our client's team based in Memphis, Tennessee. This role is within the logistics industry, where you'll be primarily responsible for sourcing and qualifying candidates for driving positions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to build relationships with operating companies and ensure the efficient processing and tracking of applicants.

Responsibilities

• Engage in regular communication with operating companies regarding open driving positions

• Source and qualify potential candidates for driving roles

• Handle both outbound and inbound recruitment calls throughout the day

• Ensure efficient processing of applicants from initial contact to safety risk management qualification

• Verify the previous driving experience of applicants as part of the qualification process

• Utilize the Tenstreet platform for tracking and updating all applicant information

• Strive to reduce the time safety spends reviewing applications by ensuring the provision of quality applicant files

• Attend monthly training seminars to enhance skills and stay updated with industry trends

• Maintain a strong partnership with operating companies, fostering trust and collaboration

• Manage time effectively to handle incoming recruitment calls and applicant processing

Requirements - Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Proficient in using Careerbuilder

• Experience with CRM

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Familiarity with About Time software

• Experience with Applicant Track System

• Ability to perform Background Checks

• Experience with Benefit Functions

• Ability to conduct Cold Calling

• Knowledge of Logistics

• Familiarity with Logistics & Distribution

• Experience in Logistics Industry
