Description: Compose and prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents
Generate and prepare common Army human resources forms, to include but not limited to: evaluations, awards, requests for personnel actions, life insurance/entitlements for beneficiaries, and leave forms
Advise customer key team members of Strength Management, projections, Personnel Accountability, and timeliness of personnel actions
Perform activities, to include but not limited to, typing, filing, routine procedural processing, maintaining records, coordinating and staffing documents, and other non-specialized tasks
Conduct routine Personnel Information System Maintenance and data entry
Services include research and analysis, customer service, generating presentations in written, oral and visual forms, briefing to command members and clean-up of workspace
Perform strategic reviews and analysis of all HR functions and provide recommended improvements to systems
Ensure or advise the customer of current and accurate understanding of the organizations authorized, assigned, and available personnel assets
Forecast future personnel manning and human resource requirements, then develop recommended courses of action to address the customer's concerns associated with these projections
Ensure all human resource/finance actions are processed within a timely manner and in accordance with governing regulations to the proper approval authority
Track and ensure all data bases, records administration systems and standard operation procedures are up to date and information is valid and current
Conduct quality control reviews of all official correspondence and documentation to ensure compliance with applicable Army and DOD regulations
Analyze and provide clear, concise and well-thought-out written and oral plans
Advise, and recommend courses of action and explanations as the result of conclusions drawn from collection, assembling and analyzing pertinent facts
Work effectively with individuals and groups of persons to advise senior level stakeholders
May be required to travel on military or civilian aircraft and serve at remote sites as required
May be required to work other than normal duty hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays; overtime and/or emergency overtime may be required
May be required to travel or perform temporary additional duty (TAD) assignments in executing assigned technical duties

Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of five years of experience in Military Human Resource field
Thorough knowledge and understanding of military HR functions including but not limited to evaluations, awards, personnel actions, strength reporting and accountability
Final Top Secret clearance, eligible for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)
Desired Skills:
General understanding of Special Operations doctrine and terms
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
