What will you be doing?

• Provide required control of documentation, i.e., Travelers, FAIR Notice, NPI Review Checklist, Quote, PO, Q-Codes, Engineering Sales Worksheet, Customer drawings, Pictures of Board/Product, Customer specific emails as waivers, etc..

• Create job travelers and work instructions based on customer drawings and specifications, compute number of travelers based on lot size, PCBA size, square footage of Spray Carts, compute number of coupons required and prepare accordingly upon release of travelers.

• Monitor and track the review, approval and distribution of documents to ensure timely completion to meet established timelines.

• Ensure timely, accurate and efficient documentation preparation.

What do you bring?

• Positive, can-do attitude

• Minimum 5 years document control experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong communication and organizational skills, and attention to detail.

• High School Diploma/GED required.

• Knowledge of ISO9001/AS9100 QMS, ITAR/EAR.
