  • Job Title: Document Controls Specialist

    Job Description

    Seeking a Document Controls Specialist to join our Quality Engineering team. This role involves supporting scheduling, document control processes, and quality management. The successful candidate will coordinate the error-free distribution of controlled documents, maintain accurate records of distribution and updates, and develop improvements to our documentation control process. Additionally, the role includes supporting manufacturing functions by fulfilling on-demand requests for documentation and records, as well as interfacing directly with customers for submittals of records as required by project specifications.

    Hard Skills

    • 2+ years in Document Control or Quality Control

    • Experience in a manufacturing environment is required

    • Proficiency in EXCEL

    • Experience with revisions of drawings and work orders

    Soft Skills

    • Ability to streamline processes and eliminate waste

    • Strong organizational skills

    • Effective communication skills

    Work Environment

    Office within a manufacturing environment
