    The DuPont Water Solutions business is recruiting for a Document Administrator to join its dynamic team located at its Michigan Operations (MiOps) manufacturing site in Midland, MI. The primary function of this role is to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of both hardcopy and electronic DMS (document management system) within the facilities per guidelines. This role will also act as the subject matter expert for Operating Discipline Management System (ODMS) elements relative to Document Management.

    The Midland Ion Exchange Resins Unit is a part of Michigan Operations, one of DuPont's largest sites and home to manufacturing operations representing each of DuPont's 3-businesses. As part of DuPont's Water and Protection portfolio, the Water Solutions business provides purification and separations technology into multiple market channels. Ion Exchange Resins are primarily used for water purification, food & beverage processing, and pharmaceuticals manufacturing. These resins are also heavily used in power generation facilities that supply electrical power to consumers around the world.

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan, implement, and maintain hardcopy DMS library. Ensure annual records retention is completed

    • Create necessary binders for a library using WebEDMS

    • Works on small and large DMS projects, configurations, and provide status updates to plant and business stakeholders

    • Communicates DMS updates to personnel via MOC process

    • Link documentation into WebEDMS, set review dates, and document ownership

    • Manage file size, duplicates, records retention, document location, document ownership, securities, etc.

    • Add and remove employees file share access as applicable

    • Provide training and coaching on the DMS to Section Owners and Users

    • Ownership of metrics tracking monthly reporting, and communicating to leadership for management systems

    • Manage eTime for the team including ensuring the correct schedules are set up.

    • Helping employees to make corrections as needed.

    • Order supplies, lunches and schedule meetings for leadership.

    Qualifications

    • A minimum of a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent is required; Associates degree or higher is preferred

    • A minimum of 2 years' administrative/office support experience is preferred

    • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, Powerpoint) is required

    • Proficiency or ability to learn SharePoint, SAP, Cority, E&AT, webMOC, webEDMS, or other systems/tools supporting EHS
