  • Our client, a leading player in the oil and gas industry, is seeking a Division Order Analyst to join their team. As a Division Order Analyst, you will be part of the Land Administration department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen analytical mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

    Job Title: Division Order Analyst

    Location: The Woodlands, TX

    Pay Range: $52.00-62.00 per hour

    What's the Job?

    • Review and monitor well reports for the assigned geographic area.

    • Determine division of interests, calculate royalties, and ensure timely payment for complex transactions.

    • Perform deck set-up for operated, payout, and non-operated wells.

    • Analyze and interpret leases, division orders, contracts, and title documents.

    • Identify and resolve data integrity issues while maintaining ownership records.

    What's Needed?

    • Bachelor's degree required for full-time consideration.

    • 7+ years of relevant experience in division order maintenance.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and willing to learn other computer applications.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Knowledge of Quorum Land System/SAP is a plus.
