    You will

    This District Manager will cover the Central Illinois area that covers the following cities: Peoria, Bloomington, Ottawa, Decatur, Macomb, Pekin, and Galesburg.

    Salary:

    $65,000 - $110,000

    The base salary range

    represents

    the low and high end of the

    anticipated

    salary range for this position based on the U.S. average.

    The actual base salary offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited

    to

    location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.

    Responsibilities:

    What you will be doing:

    • Evaluate

      branch effectiveness by conducting reviews and analyzing activity, statistics, and related reports.

    • Develop and

      monitor

      district budgets and

      identify

      opportunities to minimize operating costs.

    • E

      n

      sure compliance with Federal and State regulations across the branch system.

    • Enforce collection, credit extension, cash control, and other operational standards

      within the district.

    • Ensure that the district adheres to all internal and external audit requirements and that a

      ny

      corrective action is implemented

    • Provide

      guidance, supervision, training, and evaluation of Branch Managers to meet sales and profitability goals.

    • Evaluate, communicate, and document employee performance to senior management.

      performance including

      succession

      planning

      and

      assist

      ing

      with

      he recruitment/selection process for any new hires.

    • Provide

      input for salary action and disciplinary action, including termination of employees.

    Qualifications:

    What you should have:

    • Minimum of

      5

      years

      in consumer finance

      with at least 2 years in a managerial

      capacity 

    • E

      x

      perience

      in

      hiring, training, coaching, and developing employees

    • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

    • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with

      both leadership and team members

    • Proficient with Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

    • Analytically driven

      and able

      to process and decipher information

      to

      identify

      areas of opportunity and

      influence

      change in a larger group.

    • Willingness to travel up to 60%, including some overnight travel, primarily within the region

    • Ability to control audit and compliance at a multi branc

      h level

    • High school diploma or equivalen

      t; a

      bachelor's

      d

      egree is a plus but not

      required
