    We have an exciting opportunity for a Distribution / Order Desk Specialist to join our team at our Tipton, Indiana location!

    What You Will Do:

    • Responsible for receiving, warehousing, and distributing all Pioneer and Multi-Channel Brand Field Signs and Sign Hardware for North America

    • Responsible for Shipping and Receiving all Tools of the Trade materials, Forage Inoculant Applicators and Specialty Sign Shop materials

    • Manage warehouse space in three (3) buildings and complete quarterly inventories on over $2,000,000 worth of material

    • Delivery of daily incoming US mail, Office Depot, Amazon, Fed Ex and UPS shipments to Pioneer Tipton, Indiana campus

    • Ensuring and scheduling outbound delivery of all US mail, Fed Ex and/or UPS shipments

    • Cut sign materials for Specialty Sign Shop using a Panel Saw and/or Miter Saw

    • Excellent customer service and phone skills

    • Provide high-level customer service to internal and external customers

    • Must be able to work safely and comply with Corteva's Corporate and site policies and procedures

    • Must work well with others and garner respectful and ethical work environment

    • Contact Freight Companies to schedule Pickups and Complete Bill of Ladings

    • Maintain Distribution procedures and policies

    • Must be able to complete Order Desk duties as required due to staffing schedules

    • Various other duties as assigned

    Education:

    • You have a high school diploma or equivalent

    What Skills You Need:

    • You are comfortable with technology and possess a basic computer aptitude including the use of Microsoft 365 Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and are willing and able to learn other company-specific applications as required

    • You have a valid US Driver's License

    • You are willing and able to do the following with or without reasonable accommodation: Climb and/or work in elevated areas, Stand and sit for extended periods, work outdoors and indoors in hot, cold, wet, and dry conditions, lift up to fifty (50) lbs., and perform work that involves repetitive motion and lifting

    • You will be responsible for the loading and unloading of materials from trailers in a safe and efficient manner

    • You are detail orientated, organized, and can multi-task and prioritize accordingly

    • You have good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of organization

    • You demonstrate an unwavering commitment to prioritizing health and safety, assisting others, and adhering to protocols ensuring the well-being of both you and your colleagues

    • You understand that delivering to our customers on time keeps us viable and are willing and able to work overtime hours, which can include nights and weekends during seasonal peaks to support production demand

    What Makes You Stand Out:

    • Two Year Technical or Associates Degree in Logistics, Manufacturing, Agriculture, or related field

    • Previous experience with forklift
