Responsibilities
Navy IPO supports activities relating to foreign disclosure and technology transfer initiatives, agreements, issues, and concerns. Navy IPO supports the activities of the Senior National Representative (SNR) to include management and administrative support to the Department of Navy's (DON) Director, Innovation, Technology Requirements, and Test and Evaluation for functions involving Naval Capabilities Development Process (NCDP), SNR, North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Naval Armaments Group (NNAG) and Five Power SNR Maritime (SNRM). Navy IPO provides support for the NCDP, SNR, NNAG, and SNRM functions to promote international cooperative Research and Development (R&D) programs and enhance interoperability. We are currently hiring for a Program Analyst to support our Navy International Programs.
Conducts the analysis and evaluation of FMS programs to make recommendations and ensure the efficient execution of programs
Ensures the efficient execution of programs, FMS sales, engineering, technical and logistics support, repair, return and management of high dollar value inventory, equipment integration and procurement, FMS case development, execution, and reporting, technology transfer and export control
Supports strategic initiatives
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Education / Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field OR: experience in areas and assignments such a program analysis and evaluation, project planning and control
Experience:
Desired experience supporting service, joint, or OSD staffs
Desired experience supporting program offices, PEOs
Experience in INDOPACOM (Battafarano position); CENTCOM / Egypt (Filzen position) a PLUS
Completions of the following formal courses are desired: DISCS SCM-FA-OL (SCM 101), DISCS SCM-OC-OL (SCM-201), and DISCS IPSR-OL
Other Requirements:
This position will require U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance.
