    Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced IT Technical Support Director with an extensive technical background and proven track record in managing IT operations, strategic planning, and team supervision. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT industry with a focus on providing top-notch customer service and user support.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and oversee all technical support operations, ensuring a high level of customer service and user support.

    • Develop and implement IT policies and best practices.

    • Participate in strategic planning and budgeting for the IT department.

    • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing IT support team.

    • Oversee the management of all IT assets and resources.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders and users to anticipate future IT needs.

    • Liaise with vendors and third-party providers.

    • Ensure the safety and integrity of the organization's data.

    • Monitor and report on department performance metrics and progress towards strategic goals.

    • Troubleshoot high-level technology issues.

    Requirements - Minimum of 10 years of experience in an IT leadership role, preferably within the mortgage industry.

    • Demonstrated proficiency with ITIL Processes.

    • Familiarity and experience with ServiceNow ITSM.

    • Proven track record in providing Technical Support.

    • Strong executive leadership skills, with the ability to drive and manage change.

    • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.

    • Strong strategic planning and project management skills.

    • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing IT teams.

    • Proven track record of successfully implementing IT strategies at an enterprise level.

    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

    • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.

    • Strong knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines.

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
