Overview
The Director of Sales is a leadership and accountability role responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies across their region(s) through the active management and mentoring of Sales Managers and direct BDM reports. The Director of Sales is tasked with facilitating an optimal environment for Sales Managers to execute their roles and hit growth targets. The director creates an overall positive atmosphere through strong cross functional collaboration across the organization working closely with the region RVP and District Directors to craft the sales strategy based on the product mix and maturity of the region.

What you bring to be successful/qualifications:
Experience managing field sales teams.
Experience in Healthcare Sales, Service Industry Sales as a Licensed Healthcare Provider or Military experience.
Ability to lead regional sales team.
Ability to coach and mentor Sales Managers.
Responsibilities
In partnership with the National Sales Director and RVP, creates sales strategies within their regions.
Mentor Sales Managers towards achievement of KPIs within their regions.
Drive accountability for strategic implementation of KPI achievement within their regions.
Direct the hiring, on-boarding, development, and retention of Sales Managers and direct reports.
Develop managers and direct reports to use influential strategies to build alliances with provider accounts and partnerships to generate growth and drive results.
Develop managers and direct reports to drive growth from Employers to channel patients to WC and generate Direct and AWS opportunities.
Utilize Salesforce to track, measure and adapt sales effectiveness to the regional market.
