As the Director of the Value Management Office (VMO) for Digital Products, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and creating the VMO practice. In this dynamic role, you'll act as a strategic partner to your assigned business unit, driving high-value outcomes and ensuring alignment across our portfolio of digital products. You will have the autonomy to build relationships across functional areas, lead cross-functional collaboration, and drive organizational alignment to enhance consumer experiences.     Primary Responsibilities:

    Strategic Leadership

    • Develop and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for the VMO, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall business goals

    • Lead the VMO in identifying and prioritizing high-value digital product initiatives that align with strategic priorities

    • Provide guidance and direction to the VMO team, fostering a culture of value delivery and continuous improvement

    Program Management

    • Oversee the development and implementation of frameworks and processes to enhance value delivery across digital products

    • Monitor and measure the impact of value-driven initiatives on business performance and customer satisfaction

    • Ensure that digital product initiatives are aligned with strategic objectives and deliver measurable value

    Cross-functional Collaboration

    • Build and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders, including Product, Tech, UX/UI, and Customer Experience teams

    • Facilitate effective communication and coordination between the VMO and other functional areas

    • Address potential barriers to cross-functional collaboration and ensure all teams are aligned and working towards common goals

    Competency Building

    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the VMO team and other stakeholders

    • Promote continuous learning and professional development within the VMO and across functional teams

    • Foster a culture of mentorship and coaching to build competency in value management practices

    Customer-Centric Initiatives

    • Lead efforts to identify and address customer pain points, ensuring that digital products meet and exceed customer expectations

    • Partner with the tech team to prioritize and implement solutions that enhance the customer experience

    • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve digital product offerings

    Operational Excellence

    • Implement best practices for project management, process optimization, and operational efficiency within the VMO

    • Ensure the VMO operates effectively and delivers results within budget and on schedule.

    • Develop and maintain high-level metrics and reporting to track the VMO's performance and impact

    Required Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated expertise in program management aligning company vision, and securing buy-in for strategic priorities to drive end-to-end digital product delivery

    • Experience leading cross-functional teams and achieving value-driven outcomes

    • Significant professional experience in product management, demonstrating a deep understanding of the field and its principles

    • Proficient in leading others in Agile practices, ensuring efficient and effective project execution

    • Skilled in process improvement, with a proven ability to identify and implement strategies that enhance productivity and efficiency

    • Proven effective strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, enabling the development of innovative solutions to complex challenges

    • Proven excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, facilitating effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement

    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements

    • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities, inspiring and guiding team members to achieve their full potential

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Healthcare experience

    • Familiar with change management practices

    • Familiar with Scale Agile Framework (SAFe) practices
