Director Of Operations

Physlim is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of our busy weight loss clinics. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in healthcare management, committed to driving efficiency, ensuring compliance, and enhancing patient care across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across multiple clinic locations.
• Implement and refine processes to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Lead and develop clinic staff, fostering a collaborative and patient-centered environment.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation.
• Drive clinic growth and expansion strategies in alignment with company goals.
• Optimize scheduling, staffing, and operational workflows.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (equivalent experience in healthcare management may be considered in lieu of formal education for the right candidate)
• Experience: 5-7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a healthcare setting. At least 3 years in a senior management or leadership role is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage multi-location operations, and drive growth.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance and best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
