Director of FP&A

Description We are seeking a Director of FP& A to join our team in the textile manufacturing industry, based in Beverly Hills, California. This role will play a crucial part in directing financial planning and analysis, driving financial performance, and providing strategic insights to support key business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the financial planning process, including annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions and drive company growth.

• Analyze and interpret financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and evaluate potential business opportunities.

• Prepare monthly reporting packages, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs), for the executive team.

• Create presentations for key stakeholders.

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment on financial goals and objectives.

• Drive the implementation and optimization of FP& A tools and systems to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.

• Support ad-hoc projects and analyses as needed. Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A) within the Textile Manufacturing industry

• Proficient in 3M, Accounting Software Systems, Adaptive Insights, and CRM

• Experience with EPM, Accounting Functions, Annual Budget, and Budget Processes

• Knowledge of Business Unit operations and Capital Management

• Skilled in Forecasting & Modeling, Financial Modeling, Risk Modeling, Cash Flow Modeling, and Cash Forecasting

• Proficiency in Inventory forecasting, Revenue Forecast, and KPI Reporting

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is desirable.
