    Directs and oversees quantitative analysis and modeling that support the development of the organization's business strategies for traditional and digital marketing. This position works with and influences lines of business, marketing, operations and finance executives to gather and synthesize data on their current and historical performance and operations to identify profitability and growth opportunities, develops recommendations, and may write or review components of the overall plan.Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop operational processes and procedures to deliver reporting, analytics, data exploration and insights to the organization.

    • Build the analytics organization's competence for transforming data to insights and create understanding by the entire enterprise on how to best use this resource.

    • Establish and maintain data strategy and data governance in partnership with IT and business units.

    • Design, develop, deploy, maintain, enhance and socialize across the business enterprise data and analytic solutions that include both retrospective and real-time platforms using both quantitative and qualitative methods.

    • Lead strategy development of enterprise business intelligence, including data warehouse and enterprise integration. Define data required for business intelligence, customer-relationship management, data warehousing, meta-data repositories and operational data stores. Serve as a key partner with the business leaders in defining data and analytics needs to drive key strategies.

    • Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to articulate and facilitate discussions effectively across disciplines in an audience-appropriate manner.

    • Ensure existing team members possesses and develop necessary skills and experiences to develop rigorous quantitative and qualitative insights.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for providing employees timely, candid and constructive performance feedback, developing employees to their fullest potential, developing the appropriate talent pool to ensure adequate bench strength and succession planning, and recognizing and rewarding employees for accomplishments. Assist in the development of appropriate talent pool to ensure adequate bench strength and succession planning.MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

    • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering, or related quantitative field. Advanced degrees preferred, but not required.

    • 8-10 years of experience in in quantitative discipline (finance, statistics, econometrics), customer strategy, strategic marketing, or strategic planning

    • Experience developing digital marketing strategies strongly preferred

    • Excellent written and oral communications skills.

    • Ability to effectively manage time.

    • Independent and highly self-motivated.

    • Ability to communicate effectively.

    • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
