As a Director of Content Development & Strategy within PNC's Asset Management Group organization, you will be based in Cleveland, OH. Other PNC locations within the PNC Asset Management Group footprint will also be considered.

    The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion.

    Responsibilities include

    • Manage content strategy for Asset Management Group, including content creation, distribution, and maintenance.

    • Participate in establishment of comprehensive, overarching content strategy for Asset Management Group.

    Preferred Experience/Skills:

    -Proven management experience with demonstrated ability to develop talent

    -Experience in working with "C" level executives

    -Partnership orientation - ability to work across the various lines of business, verticals and other support partners

    -Demonstrated experience and ability to effectively manage multiple projects at once while adhering to tight timelines

    -Exceptional written and oral communications skills

    -Strong design capabilities including extensive knowledge of InDesign and the Adobe Suite

    -Extensive knowledge and experience with Social Media/LinkedIn

    -Experience in financial services/investment marketing and the requisite knowledge of compliance and disclosure requirements associated with this specialized marketing

    Job Description

    • Directs Strategic Planning team to execute initiatives, including analysis, oversight and support for solution development.

    • Identifies strategic opportunities that add value to the business and to achieve business goals.

    • Defines and oversees the resources for each assigned strategic initiative. Manages the overall strategic initiative to help ensure revenue, expense and other business objectives are met. This may include defining, monitoring and using service metrics to assess performance.

    • Develops strong partnerships with key decision-makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergies.

    • Builds winning teams by providing effective leadership, management and development of employees.

    Work Experience

    Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry-relevant experience is typically 8+ years. At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required. Proven leadership experience with a moderate to large scope of responsibility is required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
