Director of Child Day Care

Bethany Home is looking to fill a Director position for a Children's Center, in Waupaca, WI; which provides care and preschool programming for children.

The successful candidate must have previous management experience and be highly skilled in organization oversight, leadership, program supervision, budget management, and public relations.

The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in early childhood or related field plus relevant management experience. This person must also meet the requirements of Wisconsin Statutes to direct a childcare program.

This person will also excel in the ability to maintain long term positive relationships with key individuals, governmental, educational, public, and private sector representatives. Competitive compensation and great benefit package included.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay:

$40k - $50k depending on education and experience
