    In this role, you will be responsible to:

    • Oversee strategic relationship and change management across TA / Franchise SL&D leadership, acting as a key ambassador between the J&J IM North America Learning Excellence COE and Therapeutic Areas. Provide strategic oversight and advisory to effectively drive changes in behaviors and mindset of TAs to seamlessly adapt to the new ways of working set by the COE.

    • Provide strategic insight & connections of J&J IM North America Learning Excellence COE strategy and key initiatives to the TAs

    • Act as a trusted advisor and partner with TA SL&D leads to inform, share, and drive uniformity in culture, operations, and behaviors across J&J IM North America Learning Excellence

    • Key ambassador for J&J IM North America Learning Excellence COE to represent the voice of both the COE and TAs

    • Lead and drive change and behavioral shifts to the new ways of working and operations for learning

    • Consult and influence strategic forecasting and long-range business planning for TAs

    • Communicate key updates and values driven by COE to the TA SL&D leadership

    • Establish and oversee strategy for J&J IM learning demand planning and prioritization approach and implementation

    • Determine the strategy for vendor sourcing versus in-house sourcing guidelines and approach

    • Provide strategic insight and oversight for Early in Career programs (ex: FSAP, VSAP)

    • Indirectly lead and develop learning leaders across J&J IM US striving for collective growth, challenges the status quo, and achieves significant business impact

    • Oversee efforts to enhance development of TA and Business Unit L&D organizations

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Required Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree; Masters in Learning Preferred

    Required

    • 10 years industry experience, with a minimum of 5 years in people management required

    • Previous experience leading Learning Organizations required

    • Strong understanding of learning and development required

    Preferred

    • Experience leading learning transformations preferred

    • Experience leading in a matrixed environment preferred

    • Diversity in prior commercial roles preferred (sales, sales leadership, acct mgt, marketing, etc.)

    The base pay range for this position is $142,000 to $244,950. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
