    Director, Global Brand:

    Xerox's Marketing Centers of Excellence (CoE) organization is seeking collaborative creatives, skillful strategists, insightful analysts and marketing masterminds to lead our business in exciting new directions.     As a Director, Global Brand, you'll play an instrumental role in protecting and growing a truly iconic brand. You'll lead a small but mighty team that drives direction for the organization on how to use the brand, as well as be a thought leader on what our brand can be in the future. Success in this role will require engaging with a global team, including Xerox executives, product marketing, field marketing, internal subject matter experts, content marketers and more, to deliver guidance that meets business objectives and enhances engagement and results.

    The Team:

    The Marketing Centers of Excellence team are the heart of Xerox's global marketing in-house agency. We provide value to Xerox by differentiating the brand and driving Xerox's business priorities forward, innovating new marketing solutions, and delivering distinct customer experiences. We develop cutting-edge marketing plans, creative assets, and unique experiences that engage our clients; deliver on the strategy of our businesses in the marketplace; and capture the hearts, minds, and loyalty of our customers.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Overseeing all aspects of the Xerox brand - guiding the brand team in daily reviews of content, creating and reviewing brand guidelines, developing policies related to the management of the Xerox brand.

    • Close collaboration with the Xerox legal team on ensuring the Xerox trademark, one of our most valuable assets, remains protected.

    • Strategic guidance for the organization on the Xerox portfolio of products and offerings, including portfolio architecture, naming and trademarks.

    • Work with stakeholders - field marketers, product markets - to strategically implement the brand to deliver on their marketing plans. Demonstrate creative leadership between executional partners and business partners to help translate the brand into their marketing plans.

    • Partner with cross-functional marketing team to continue the evolution of our Xerox brand, including with our new integrated marketing campaign, "We make work, work" as well as with events, content, social and digital.

    • Collaborate across functions and levels - from individual contributors to key executives - to ensure comprehensive inputs to strategic campaign planning.

    • Identify missing skill sets and optimizations within the team and provide recommendations to improve and simplify brand management, from briefing to delivery.

    • Measure, report on results, and provide recommendations to optimize our brand management based on adoption, usage and results.

    • Plan and manage department budget.

    Required experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, integrated marketing, communications, journalism, or PR preferred.

    • 10+ years of marketing experience

    • At least 5+ years of specific brand management experience, preferably at a large Fortune 500 or similar global organization

    • Legal right to work in the US. Remote candidates accepted, with Eastern or Central US time zones preferred (or willingness to work those hours).

    Location: Remote (candidates must be on US East Coast or Central time zone)
